All knitted items are made from imported yarns from England, Wakefield. Details of the different constituents of the yarn are given in the description of each product.

As all products are 100% handmade, processing time is needed after the confirmation. Processing time of items are also given below each picture. When you have finalised your order with me through email, time is needed for me to start working on the product before I send to you, therefore, a second email will be sent to you to inform you that the item is ready to be posted to you. Please wait patiently. You can email me in between the lead-time to double-check with me the process.

All knitted products have different colours of yarns, so you can choose from the wide variety of colours. just email me first if you are interested to see which colour are of your liking and I will send you the list. Thank you.

1. Please e-mail me at mickeyndonald@hotmail.com after you have decided on the desired items. Include the Code and name of the product, quantity of the product.
2. All prices are in SGD$ (Singapore currencies).
3. All payment are to be made within 24ours from the time when I have confirmed your order through e-mail. If not, items will not be processed or made.
4. Mode of payment are as follow: Bank transfers to my bank account (given through the confirmation e-mail) or bank deposits.
5. All prices are EXCLUSIVE of normal postage fees. All postage fees are liable to the buyer. It is more advisble for buyers to select registered mail for larger items.
